Shipping Policy
We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. ₹500 flat delivery on all orders, free above ₹5,000.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. WhatsApp us a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Custom and silver orders are non-returnable.
Care Guide
Brass and copper objects naturally patina over time — this is part of their beauty. Clean with a soft cloth and lemon-salt paste to restore shine. Silver pieces should be stored in anti-tarnish pouches.
